Returns

1.3 Return Process:

Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization (RA) number and any specific instructions.
Package the product securely, including all original accessories and documentation, and clearly label it with the RA number.
Ship the product back to our designated return address using a reliable and trackable shipping method. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
1.4 Inspection and Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility and condition. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds

2.2 Refunds for Non-Delivery:

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return following the steps mentioned in Section 1, and place a new order for the desired item separately.
